Easy and pleasant transaction., May 18, 2009 by Asuncion Yague Garcia Visit Date:January 3, 2009 "The best of this hotel was the staff, lovely people!! Spacious rooms, located on the main road, 15 minutes walk to the port and 20 minutes bus ride to the beach. Excellent value for money." |
Fantastic. Obviously, Sawasdee has a great reputation and good relationships with their hotels. , April 29, 2008 by A&J Bransford Visit Date:April 19, 2008 "Being American, I confess our standards are quite high. This hotel outdid themselves. It s PERFECT for a night s stay on your way out of Krabi. SO very tastefully done in everything - even nice mattresses, pillows and a lovely downed comforter. Note: There is no restaurant at the hotel - except that they do serve breakfast. The hotel owners gave us a ride into town for dinner though... and loaned us their own personal umbrellas in case of rain. Really, they were awesome. I would absolutely recommend this hotel, even though it s about a 6-minute tuk-tuk drive to town." |
perfect!, March 24, 2008 by Goh Kim Beng Visit Date:March 16, 2008 "hotel room is big, clean and new. But no room housekeeping to change towel and cleaning the room was performed during my 2 night stay.Got to walk 20mins to get to town.staff got to go to learn english lesson." |
The booking service was nice and helpful. It worked well for us., March 5, 2008 by Nickolas Turco Visit Date:February 25, 2008 "This hotel was nice, new, and clean. The staff were friendly and eager to help out a Western traveler with planning activities and transportation. However, the location of this hotel was not very good for backpackers, as it was a few miles from Krabi downtown. There were very few restaurants or shops or familiar-looking storefront places within a half-hour walk. Also, the ABF at the restaurant was not included in the room, and was very lacking in taste. 12:30 check-out time was nice, though. Go to Wat Tom Suah and climb the staircase. It s worth it!Overall, nice place for a night if you arrive late to Krabi and leave the next morning. But I wouldn t make it a multi-night place just based on the location. If you have a motorcycle or car, this isn t really an issue. <span style="display:none">[R24 integr.ERR:escaping]</span>" |
