There is always very friendly and helpful staff to assist you all time. I can honestly say one of the best hotels i have been to. I stayed in a deluxe suite, Exceptional value for money, the website does not do it justice, you would pay four times more for this level anywhere else. We were not aware of this when we booked, and we felt that the resort should have done more to communicate this (like a notice on the website, etc.). We were disappointed with the current state of the resort, but when completed, the RatiLanna will be very beautiful.
