Thai s are known for their hospitality and I respect them so much, but this hotel is a real shame. Since I had booked the hotel for 5 days and paid the entire amount, I did not want to cancel the room. If I had a choice I would have left the hotel the day i checked in." |

A bit faded from its former glory, the accommodations are suitably clean and in good repair. The staff were all very helpful and efficient. Wi-fi was free which is essential for my travels. Great special room rate for time of year and with recent flooding. I d return at this rate and for this service. Ciao." |

They said it was already given to someone else so we had to upgrade our room by paying extra. What was not so good was that my safety box was out of order, I asked for someone to fix it for me. After all, I have paied for it and it s a matter of security. I was promissed that the safety should be fixed the same afternoon, never happend. I have been in Thailand a number of times and know that it is to no use to get upset.
